So for the past few days I haven't been eating that much because I've been sleeping over my boyfriends house...and he never has that much food Lol.
Anyway, two days ago, while I was at work, I had half a salad with grilled chicken, tomato, and green peas with italian dressing and some green tea multi vitamin drink...I ate the rest of the salad later, okay.
After that, I had my usual subway sandwhich, half of it anyway. Later that night, I had the rest of it, okay.
Today, I had two handfuls of Strawberry frosted mini wheats, a few handfuls of popcorn, and a bagel with cream cheese + coffee. I got home and saw that I had lost a few ounces.
Fuck my body. I've been eating a little healthy and I haven't lost a pound yet? Bull shit. I STILL have to lose this random weight because I was 235.8 and IDK how the FUCK how.
so I'm 234.6.
Ugh.
For dinner I had crystal light's iced tea, pernil in a tomato wrap with homemade macaroni salad.
IDK. I'm tight.

Diets Suck!!!
Okay. I woke up at around 11:45am today. I set my alarm for 11 but kept ignoring the alarm for that amount of time.
Anyway, today's diet has been a real bitch thus far [as of 2:09pm]
For "breakfast" I had 1 1/4 cups of coffee with pure sugar and powdered coffee creamer. I then had two large glasses of water with ice. Walking past my computer desk, I grabbed a mini 3 Musketeer bar [FUCK] then my mom gave me the left over Sesame Seed Chicken from last night [INSERT SAD PHACE HERRREEEE D:]
I did happen to work out!!..A little.
I bought the DVD combo pack of Flirty Girl Fitness and only did part of the warm up because I am supposed to meet a friend somewhere. [And I did it in heels. It wasn't THAT bad. It'll tone my butt more.]
Anyway...
For the rest of my "breakfast" I had the rest of the Sesame Seed Chicken >_<;
Then I went to Subway with my best friend and got a footlong with italian herbs and cheese bread, ovenroasted chicken breast, provolgne cheese, light mayo, honesy mustard, onions, lettuce + tomato. then I had bbq chips and a iced tea for a drink...
Then I had [GRRRR MOTHER FUCKER I'M PISSED ABOUT THIS] Six chicken nuggets, three french fries, and two small 'fork fulls' of the yogurt in the fruit thingy McDonalds has...
Later I might have cereal {Maybe} or I might have that tomorrow after I play in the SNOWWW!!!!
Going to play some dance games with one of the besites now <3

The Basics
This is the tale about me.
What am I exactly going to post here? Well, I'm not expecting the general public to read this or for this to go on the local news network, but I do however, expect a small number of overweight people to know how I feel. To see how it is to be well...fat.
I am currently 20 years old with the weight of 231.8.
My mission this year is to be about 180 lbs. Why?
Well, one day in health class, my teacher told us that whichever woman is over 180 lbs or has a BMI [Body Mass Index] of 30 + [Click for your BMI] , is not advised to take contraceptives. This is because the hormones in the pills will take a longer time to filter throughout the body so having unprotected sex would just leave the body open for pregnancy.
I honestly never cared about my weight much. I knew I was over weight and I always thought that it was okay to be "chubby" or "big boned." However, when I learned that piece of information, I got a little scared.
It's not like I have not partaken in sexual intercourse before, I just have not taken it to the extreme.
I currently have a boyfriend whom I've been in love with for a few years now. We finally get together and now I can not make love to him. It's embarrassing. When it's the heat of the moment, I have to pull away. Condoms are over 95% effective, but due to my paranoia and neurotic behavior, I need to be ultra protective. I'm sorry, I'm not going to be the stereotypical hispanic that has a kid at a young age [no offense to those whom have kids.] I personally love kids, but I also love myself more and food. I would ignore my youngster [no matter how many times I joke, I absolutely am telling the truth] and would probably play more Call Of Duty then play with the baby instead.
So from here on out, I'm currently going to make a food blog. Why? To help myself better myself. This way, whenever I look back at the blog, I will be motivated since I HATE myself naked. I feel like I was meant to be thinner, but never got the push to. This goal, and also watching the Britain television program Supersize vs Superskinny has set my self into gear.
My friends are also going onto a diet. One friend has had a baby about a year or so ago but cannot get her body to the desirable way it used to be, and the other is a friend who's always been overweight. She went on a massive diet in high school a few years ago and is now all flab. Together, we can prevail and reach our goals!
So for now, I'm just going to post how I look like before [despite having to put this on the freaking internet.] It's scary and challenging, but I'll do anything to be happy with myself and be the person I've always thought I could be.
Be warned! I'm wearing a terrible shirt that shows off my chichos and a pair of jeans that look terrible on me.
And it's not letting me shrink the fucking picture!! Ugh! -Insecure- Damnit >_<;
Now since this is a food journal [technically] I'm going to put what I ate for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks.
Breakfast- [Sleep]
Lunch - [Cough Drop]
Dinner - Sesame Seed Chicken w/ Pork Fried Rice [two pieces of Brocoli] [about 1 1/2 servings] and a Shrimp Roll with some Sweet & Sour Pork. Drink - Large cup of Soy Milk with Diet Pepsi.
Snacks - 2 Miniature Twix & Rice Pudding.
Drinks - Before the milk&soda combo, all I had was about one glass of water, if even that. I usually carry a canteen of water with me [which I bought at Old Navy. It says Caution Extreme Awesomeness]
