So for the past few days I haven't been eating that much because I've been sleeping over my boyfriends house...and he never has that much food Lol.
Anyway, two days ago, while I was at work, I had half a salad with grilled chicken, tomato, and green peas with italian dressing and some green tea multi vitamin drink...I ate the rest of the salad later, okay.
After that, I had my usual subway sandwhich, half of it anyway. Later that night, I had the rest of it, okay.
Today, I had two handfuls of Strawberry frosted mini wheats, a few handfuls of popcorn, and a bagel with cream cheese + coffee. I got home and saw that I had lost a few ounces.
Fuck my body. I've been eating a little healthy and I haven't lost a pound yet? Bull shit. I STILL have to lose this random weight because I was 235.8 and IDK how the FUCK how.
so I'm 234.6.
Ugh.
For dinner I had crystal light's iced tea, pernil in a tomato wrap with homemade macaroni salad.
IDK. I'm tight.
